O.N.E. Amazon

The One Amazon project is focused on transforming natural capital, like forests, into investable asset classes. It operates the Internet of Forests (IoF), a large-scale monitoring network that continuously and audibly measures forest carbon, ecosystem health, and biodiversity over vast areas. These measurements feed into a digital analytic platform (IoFP), which processes data into actionable insights and supports the issuance of regulated security tokens backed by land-use agreements in the Amazon.

For the One Amazon website, I managed the full project lifecycle by leading design sprints, running collaborative workshops, and coordinating teams to ensure a user-centric, stakeholder-aligned platform.
